Our Process for Homeowners
01. Inquiry
A call with our Office Manager will answer all your questions and ours. During this call we’ll ask if you’re working with a designer, your familiarity with custom window treatments, and we’ll share our foundations of investment.
02. Discovery Call
Next is an in depth call with our Window Treatment Specialist. During this call, we’ll ask detailed questions about your project to determine the scope of work.
03. Consultation & Measurement
The consultation includes a site visit with the client and all stakeholders in attendance. We’ll take photos and detailed measurements with iPad, as well as offer advice, explain options, and make product selections.
04. Estimates, Ordering & Fabrication
After the consultation, we’ll provide a detailed estimate containing all product selections, targeted timeline, and costs. Once approved, we’ll place orders for fabrics, trims, hardware, and hard treatments. Soft goods will be fabricated, and we will keep you appraised of project progress.
05. Installation
Once your custom soft goods are fabricated and all hard goods and hardware have arrived, we will schedule your installation for a date and time that is convenient for you.
06. Enjoy & Refer
Now comes the fun part - enjoying your beautifully updated home! We love our clients, and we love when they recommend us to their friends and share their experience on Google.
