01 / Discovery Call

We’ll discuss your project, confirm that our services are a fit, and establish the scope of work — treatments, rooms, budget range, and timeline.

We come to the property, take precise measurements, bring product samples, and finalize selections for fabrics, hardware, and treatments. For designers, we coordinate directly with your client and your schedule.

You receive a detailed proposal covering all project elements — product specifications, yardages, hardware, installation, and timeline. Project approval and deposit kick off the process.

We handle all ordering for products quoted through Savannah Window Fashions including hardware, shades, and materials sourced through our vendor accounts. We’re also set up to receive COM fabrics and trims and manage them through the fabrication process. Once everything is in house, fabrication begins and you’ll receive regular updates throughout.

Professional installation is scheduled at your client’s convenience. Our team handles hanging, steaming, and any final adjustments — so the finished product looks exactly as it should.

Precise timelines are based on project scope, and can be provided once we have an understanding of all your requirements.
