At Savannah Window Fashions, we take pride in the quality of our work and the craftsmanship that goes into every project.

Soft Furnishings & Custom Fabricated Products

We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on custom soft goods fabricated through Savannah Window Fashions, including drapery, Roman shades, pillows, bedding, cushions, and other custom soft furnishings.

Products are fabricated according to the approved proposal, specifications, and selections and are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Any concerns regarding workmanship should be brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery or installation.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the fabrication of custom soft goods provided by Savannah Window Fashions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sun exposure and UV damage
  • Fading or discoloration
  • Stretching or shrinking of fabrics
  • Staining
  • Water damage
  • Improper cleaning methods
  • Accidental damage
  • Alterations made by others
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Changes in fabric behavior over time

 

Certain natural fibers and specialty fabrics may experience stretching, wrinkling, or other changes over time due to environmental conditions and normal use. These characteristics are considered part of the material and are not considered defects.

Hard Window Treatments

Shades, shutters, blinds, and motorized systems are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Savannah Window Fashions will inspect and service hard window treatments within 30 days of installation. After that period, service visits related to manufacturer warranty claims may be subject to service charges.
